That's exactly how I feel when I am leading an exercise to music class - time just flies!
I like to run classes that bring pleasure to others, where people of all ages and levels of experience can have fun, keep fit, and take a little time out of their day to meet at local venues, without the need for long term commitments or travel to gyms. I really enjoy making a difference to someone's life by helping them get fitter and stronger.
I try to schedule my classes at times and venues that fit with the busy lifestyles of those that take part and am always keen to find new venues and times to increase the options available for those living in the area.
