A varied keep fit class which works the entire body whilst enjoying some great music! Get fit with easy dance routines, toning, strengthening, endurance, co-ordination and balance exercises, use of fun equipment, stretching and sometimes relaxation to music.
Suitable for any fitness level - geared towards young at heart ladies but great for those wanting a lower impact, full mind and body workout. Emphasis is on the fun so we don't feel like we are working out! One of the main aims is to get everyone moving while enjoying themselves!
A great way to get fit, tone your body, relieve tension, improve strength, power, co-ordination, balance and flexibility and have some fun!
Our super venue is The Dr Peter Centre, Baden Powell Way, Romsey where classes are held on Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Fridays at 9.30am to 10.30am.

A one hour circuit class covering strength, toning, cardio, balance, co-ordination, general mobility and flexibility.
This class is suitable for anyone who wants a lower impact workout, for those who might be getting back to exercise or someone wanting a challenging but do-able exercise session, as we all take things at our own pace.
Exercising to music, using various bits of equipment, we do Tabata style sessions (20 seconds of an exercise followed by a 10 second breather).
An uplifting class which aims to keep you moving and get you stronger so that you can enjoy life to the full now and in the future.
Held at our wonderful venue, The Dr Peter Centre, Baden Powell Way, Romsey where classes are held on Fridays at 10.45am to 11.45am.
