Fit Mixed is a relatively new class on the timetable. A fun keep fit class which works your body and mind, providing a great mix of cardio, strength training, balance, toning and stretching in the format of a circuit. This group exercise to music session uses motivational, upbeat music to keep us on track and help us reach our potential.
Suitable for any fitness level - geared towards the 'young at heart' and suitable for anyone wanting a lower impact class but with options that offer you the ability to challenge yourselves. It is a full mind and body workout.
Tone and strengthen your entire body, get a good cardio workout, burn fat, improve co-ordination, rhythm, flexibility and balance. Tabata is known for getting good results and with great music to drive us on, it goes so quickly! In this relatively new class we can build a relaxed, friendly environment and have lots of fun whilst exercising.
After we have warmed up, this fun class continues with a circuit using light dumbbells, resistance bands, small fitness balls, drumsticks, chairs etc! It is in a 'Tabata' circuit style where we do exercises that we carry out for 20 seconds (at our own pace) with a break (marching) in-between. Some of the session may see us use chairs (there is no floor work). We complete the class with a stretching section to cool down.
Everyone is different and you can tailor the session to suit you. Equipment is provided but please feel free to bring your own weights/resistance bands.

APRIL - A 3-week block of hall classes is available to book, running from Mon 31st March to Sun 4th May. Please note that this spans a 5-week period because there will be no hall classes during the Easter school holidays (weeks commencing 7th & 14th April)
To keep moving during the 2-week Easter break, just include the Easter Online plan by adding £8 to your payment

I am currently taking hall & online class bookings for the period Mon 31st March to Sun 4th May.

Then get in contact with me - Julie Frost, touchoffrost@hotmail.co.uk to request your classes/fitness package.
After you have requested your dates, you will receive an email confirmation to confirm your booking, but it may go into your junk email folder so please check in there. Only when you receive this email from me are your booked in and should proceed to payment.
The booking confirmation will contain my payment details or you can pay using the Paypal button below.
Please note that spaces cannot be reserved without payment.
If paying by the Paypal link, click on 'Send' rather than 'Request'. It would be much appreciated if you would consider not ticking the 'service' box as I get charged.
When making payment, please quote your name and Package details (e.g. 'Package B.' OR '2 classes + Online' in your BACS or Paypal reference.
If you require Online access, there is no additional booking on process for getting set up, other than making the relevant payment amount and quoting your Package number (e.g. 'Package B' OR '2 classes plus online'). Please do however get in contact and provide me with your email address if you are a new online member!
If the date you require is fully booked, I will let you know and can add you to a waiting list and will keep you posted.
Refunds or 'carry overs' to the next block of classes are not available. If you have to unexpectedly miss a class, I will always try to accommodate you on another day during the block concerned, or by giving an online alternative, however an alternative hall class cannot be guaranteed.
