What is Fit Mix?
Fit Mix is a fun keep fit class which works the entire body, providing a great mix of cardio, strength training, toning and stretching/relaxation. This group exercise to music session uses motivational, upbeat music to energise you and help you reach your personal fitness goals.
Suitable for any fitness level - geared towards young at heart ladies and great for ladies returning to exercise or those wanting a lower impact, full mind and body workout. Emphasis is on the fun so it doesn't feel like we are working out! One of the main aims is to get everyone moving!
What are the benefits?
As well as having loads of fun, by letting your hair down, you will strengthen your entire body, get a good cardio workout, improve co-ordination, power, co-ordination, flexibility and balance. It is really good for the mind as well as the body and it's a really relaxed, friendly, non pressured environment where we enjoy ourselves whilst exercising. Start living stronger for longer!
What to expect
This fun class begins with a warm up and stretches, followed by an easy to follow dance routine and exercises, resistance training, small balls, fitness drumming and more! We finish with seated chill out stretching and sometimes relaxation.
Exercise options are given so you can tailor it to suit you. We mix it up each week to provide a variety of activities. Please feel free to bring your own equipment - I will let you know the day before what we are using.
Do I need to book?
Yes please as spaces are capped. There are various fitness packages available (see options below) over a 4 week period. Classes can be taken on any class day within the 4 weeks subject to availability (3 classes in one week if you like). Bookings are not limited to having to be on the same day each week. This is particularly flexible if you are away on holiday.
Hurry as places are on a first come first served basis!

Workout at home in your own time and space with access to over 200 online videos with our Online Package. Plus receive weekly workout schedules and a new Pop-Up class during the four week period.

The Packages above offer savings, but if you would like to book individual classes they are available for £9.

Online access (for the 4 week block) can be added for £16 (when attending 1 to 3 hall classes) or £15 (when attending 4 to 7 hall classes) and £12 (when attending 8 to 11 hall classes) and free of charge for 12+ hall classes.
Fit Mixed sessions (our Circuit class held on Fridays at 10.45am) can be included as part of any of the above packages.
Booking Process & Terms
I am currently taking bookings for the period Mon 15th Apr to Sun 12th May.
Choose your preferred option (Package 1, 2, 3, 4 etc as above).
Use the calendar below (which contains all Frost Fitness classes) to check there's a space and book a place before making payment either by BACS or Paypal.
If you are booking a Friday class, please choose the correct time slot as there are 2 classes on a Friday (Fit Mix at 9.30am & Fit Mixed at 10.45am). You can include Fit Mixed classes within your chosen package.
If it's your first booking using the calendar, you will be asked to register by providing your name, email and a password. Otherwise, please use the login details you set up previously.
Only 4 dates at a time are displayed on the calendar. Click on the "show next days" button to display the next 4 dates.
When you choose the first Fit Mix date you require, all future Fit Mix dates in the 4 week period will be offered to you too. Select 'add person' against each of the other dates you would like to book and a summary of the dates you have chosen will be provided.
It will ask you to 'review your dates' before confirming. Please do so carefully to ensure incorrect dates are not included.
Once you confirm the dates, you will receive an email confirmation to say the calendar booking has been successful, but it may go into your junk email folder so please check in there. If you do not receive this email, then you are not booked in.
If you wish to book a Fit Mixed class after your Fit Mix dates have been confirmed, select the option 'return to calendar' and follow the same process, selecting the first Fit Mixed date from the calendar.
Your calendar booking confirmation will contain my payment details or you can pay using the Paypal button below.
Please do not book into the calendar to hold a place without proceeding to payment.
If paying by the Paypal link, click on 'Send' rather than 'Request'. It would be much appreciated if you would consider not ticking the 'service' box as I get charged.
When making payment, please quote your name and Package details (e.g. 'Package 2.' OR '5 classes + Online' in your BACS or Paypal reference.
If you require Online access, there is no additional booking on process for getting set up, other than making the relevant payment amount and quoting your name & Package number (e.g. 'Package 2' OR '5 classes plus online'). Please do however get in contact and provide me with your email address if you are a new online member!
If the date you require is fully booked, then do let me know as sometimes spaces are released and I can add you to a waiting list and keep you posted.
If you need to cancel or amend a booking you've made in the calendar, please let me know (touchoffrost@hotmail.co.uk).
Refunds or 'carry overs' to the next block of classes are not available. If you have to unexpectedly miss a class, I will always try to accommodate you on another day during the block concerned, or by giving an online alternative, however an alternative hall class cannot be guaranteed.

After getting your hall class calendar booking confirmed by email (check your junk folder!), please make payment by BACS (payment details will be contained in your booking confirmation email) or by Paypal to complete your booking.
