I am delighted to be able to offer my online classes so that you can workout FIT MIX style in the comfort of your own home.


This on-demand service offers access to a back catalogue of over 250 classes and workouts.


Plus you will receive a weekly workout plan and a new Pop-Up class during the subscription period.

What to expect


Lots of fun sessions which you can workout to in your own time, at your own pace and to suit your own ability!


My coaching is by means of general guidance and motivation and it is your responsibility to be aware of your own capabilities and do what you are comfortable with.  Medical advice should always be sought if you have any doubt.  


What will I need?


You will need a device - TV, PC, or tablet, some comfy trainers, a bottle of water and a sense of humour!  I will let you know in advance if any other equipment is needed such as a chair and dumbbells/bottles of water/tins.


If you're new to FIT MIX and haven't completed a health form before, I will need you to complete one and return it prior to the first session.

Disclaimer


If you have any injuries, medical or other conditions which may affect your ability to participate, then please seek advice from your doctor prior to participation.  If you have never exercised before then visual supervision would be more appropriate.  You should be aware of your own capabilities and fitness level and do what you are comfortable with.   If you feel sick or dizzy during any of the workouts, stop immediately and if necessary, seek medical attention.  


Please check you have a flat surface and your surroundings are clear, well ventilated and keep any distractions, such as pets, away from the area during the sessions.  Ensure you keep hydrated.


By participating in any workout there is always the possibility of injury.  By booking, you agree that you are participating voluntarily and will assume all risk of injury to yourself.  Frost Fitness will not be liable or responsible for any injury or harm you sustain as a result of any of the online fitness sessions.
