What is Fit Mixed?
Fit Mixed is a fun keep fit class which works your body and mind, providing a great mix of cardio, strength training, balance, toning and stretching in the format of a circuit. This group exercise to music session uses motivational, upbeat music to keep us on track and help us reach our potential.
Suitable for any fitness level - geared towards the 'young at heart' and suitable for anyone wanting a lower impact class but with options that offer you the ability to challenge yourselves. It is a full mind and body workout.
What are the benefits?
Tone and strengthen your entire body, get a good cardio workout, improve co-ordination, rhythm, flexibility and balance. 'Tabata' is known for getting good results and with great music to drive us on, it goes so quickly! In this class we have a relaxed, friendly environment and have lots of fun whilst exercising.
What to expect
After we have warmed up, this fun class continues with a circuit using light dumbbells, resistance bands, small fitness balls, drumsticks, chairs etc! It is in a 'Tabata' circuit style where we do exercises that we carry out for 20 seconds (at our own pace) with a break (marching) in-between. Some of the session may see us use chairs (there is no floor work). We complete the class with a stretching section to cool down.
Everyone is different and you can tailor the session to suit you. Equipment is provided but please feel free to bring your own weights/resistance bands.
Do I need to book?
Yes please. Spaces are capped.

You are welcome to book individual or multiple hall classes at any stage during the block, subject to availability.

Book all 4 classes and get the Online Package for £15.
Workout at home in your own time and space with access to over 250 online videos with our Online Package. Plus receive weekly workout schedules and a new Pop-Up class during the four week period.

The above packages offer savings. However, if you cannot make all 4 classes, individual classes are available to book for £9 each.

Booking Process & Terms
I am currently taking bookings for the period Mon 15th Apr to Sun 12th May.
Choose your preferred option (Package A, B, etc as above).
Use the calendar below (which contains all Frost Fitness classes) to check there's a space and book a place before making payment either by BACS or Paypal. Please make sure you scroll down on the calendar and select the correct time of 10.45am for your Friday Fit Mixed class as there are 2 different classes on a Friday.
If it's your first booking using the calendar, you will be asked to register by providing your name, email and a password. Otherwise, please use the login details you set up previously.
Only 4 dates at a time are displayed on the calendar. Click on the "show next days" button to display the next 4 dates.
When you choose the first date you require, all future dates in the 4 week period will be offered to you too. Select 'add person' against each of the other dates you would like to book and a summary of the dates you have chosen will be provided.
It will ask you to 'review your dates' before confirming. Please do so carefully to ensure incorrect dates are not included.
Once you confirm the dates, you will receive an email confirmation to say the calendar booking has been successful, but it may go into your junk email folder so please check in there. If you do not receive this email, then you are not booked in.
Your calendar booking confirmation will contain my payment details or you can pay using the Paypal button below.
Please do not book into the calendar to hold a place without proceeding to payment.
If paying by the Paypal link, click on 'Send' rather than 'Request'. It would be much appreciated if you would consider not ticking the 'service' box as I get charged..
When making payment, please quote your name and Package details in your BACS or Paypal reference (e.g.
'Package B' OR '3 classes + Online').
There is no additional booking on process for getting Online access, other than making the relevant payment amount and quoting your name and Package details (e.g. 'Package B' OR '3 classes + Online').
If the date you require is fully booked, then do let me know as sometimes spaces are released and I can add you to a waiting list and keep you posted.
If you need to cancel or amend a booking you've made in the calendar, please let me know (touchoffrost@hotmail.co.uk).
Refunds or 'carry overs' to the next block are not available. If you have to miss a class I can offer another Friday date during the block concerned or provide an online alternative.

After getting your hall class calendar booking confirmed by email (check your junk folder!), please make payment by BACS (payment details will be contained in your booking confirmation email) or by Paypal to complete your booking.
